IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE ONLINE?

Absolutely! River’s Edge Spa & Salon, along with Squarespace and our scheduling software, is PCI Compliant. What is PCI? Essentially, an additional level of protection for card issuers ensuring that merchants meet minimum levels of security when they store, process, and transmit cardholder data.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

It is our goal to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We will provide a tracking number once the item has shipped. River’s Edge Spa & Salon uses USPS for all shipping. At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.


HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We use USPS for all shipping. Local packages should arrive 1-3 days from shipment, all other domestic deliveries are expected 2-5 days from shipment.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel an online order, please email us at riversedgespaandsalon@gmail.com. We are able to cancel orders within 24 hours. If the item has already shipped, customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will issue a River’s Edge Spa & Salon gift card to the customer in the amount of the purchase.
