Cancellations
All Spa & Salon services are secured with a credit card. We respectfully ask that all cancellations be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or failure to show to your appointment will result in your credit card being charged for the full service(s). As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, if you arrive late to your service, your service will be shortened the amount of time you are tardy and you will be charged for the full service. 

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If your arrival is late, your service(s) may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. We ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the spa or salon and that you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For the protection and safety of your child and to ensure a quiet environment for our guests, children are not permitted in the spa.
