FACILITIES
We have separate divas and gentlemen’s lounges, complete with soft robes, slippers, towels and a full array of amenities. each lounge features lockers and steam baths with showers. our relaxation area has a beverage bar with filtered water, herbal teas, over stuffed chairs and a cozy fireplace.
RESERVATIONS
Please call the SPA at 207-985-3400 and for HAIR 207-985-6855 to make your reservations.
CANCELLATIONS
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for appointments or you will be billed for the service in full. we will confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. if your arrival is late, your service(s) may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. we ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the spa and that you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. for the protection and safety of your child and to ensure a quiet environment for our guests, children are not permitted in the spa.
GRATUITIES
Are at the discretion of the guest. for quality service they are typically 15 to 20%. our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities. our spa coordinators will be glad to provide you with envelopes.
PRIVATE PARTIES
We love to create a day that will be long remembered by all those attending. parties over four persons will have an 18% gratuity added.
