A Letter from Lori

I designed this spa to be a get away without the stress of travel. I found that many people including myself were stretched too thin and needed a quick place to get away and recharge. I found personally that having a massage or facial just for an hour or so would instantly energize me.

I also realized that the Kennebunks needed such an oasis. I created The Spa at Rivers Edge. A place where men and women can come together to relax and reconnect and take sometime to themselves. My philosophy is that the spa should offer comfort, relaxation, exceptional quality and value. All the treatments and products we offer have been thoroughly researched and have to prove themselves to me. I do not believe there is a fountain of youth, just exceptional technology and quality. I want to see skin glow after one of our facials. I love seeing people stagger with relaxation after one of our massage therapists has worked their magic. Toes and fingers are always out there for the world to see and truly state something about us.

The amenities that our spa offers will rival most resorts. Steam baths, a deck overlooking the bend of the Kennebunk River, a lounge with a fireplace that is a favorite during the winter months. Our boutique of all the home care products and pampering items you need sometimes to brighten your day.

If you chose to spend and hour or a day with us, our goal is to exceed your expectations and send you home with renewed vigor to approach a busy life!
